
Neil L. Johnson graduated with distinction in 1982 from the
University of Nebraska-Lincoln and in 1985 from the University of
Nebraska College of Law, after which he served as law clerk to the
Honorable Donald R. Ross, United States Court of Appeals for the
Eighth Circuit. Mr. Johnson has experience in a wide range of
litigation and appellate matters across the country, including
securities fraud, insurance defense, commercial, tort, employment,
worker’s compensation, and ERISA. He has briefed or argued appeals
before the Third, Eighth, Ninth and Tenth Circuits, and before the
state appellate courts in Missouri. He has also practiced in areas
such as real estate, contract, and corporate law, and has
substantial experience in bankruptcy matters, including
representation of secured and unsecured creditors, commercial and
real estate lenders, priority claimants, lessors and lessees,
creditors’ committees, and debtors in all chapters. |
