The Fountain City Youth Brass Academy (FCYBA) is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of brass and percussion musicians. Through expert instruction, mentorship, and performance opportunities, FCYBA provides young artists with the tools to grow musically, artistically, and personally. As an extension of the internationally acclaimed Fountain City Brass Band, the Academy fosters excellence, discipline, and a lifelong love of music in a supportive and inspiring environment.

Brass Expo
The Fountain City Brass Expo is a day-long celebration of brass and percussion, bringing together musicians of all ages and skill levels for hands-on learning, inspiring performances, and meaningful connection. Hosted by the award-winning Fountain City Brass Band, the Expo features interactive clinics, masterclasses, ensemble experiences, and vendor showcases—making it a can’t-miss event for students, educators, and music lovers alike. Whether you’re picking up a horn for the first time or refining your artistry, the Brass Expo is where passion and potential meet.

Fountain City United is the heart of our extended brass band family—a support network made up of friends, family, and former members of the Fountain City Brass Band and the Fountain City Youth Brass Academy. Dedicated to uplifting the mission, music, and mentorship of all ensembles, Fountain City United strengthens our community through volunteerism, advocacy, fundraising, music making, and fellowship. Together, they ensure that the legacy of excellence continues for generations to come.

Fountain City Silver Band
The Fountain City Silver Band is a dynamic ensemble for musicians aged 50 and over, celebrating the joy of performance and the power of experience. Whether returning to the stage or continuing a lifelong passion, members of the Silver Band enjoy meaningful music-making, camaraderie, and opportunities to mentor the next generation. As part of the Fountain City family, the Silver Band honors tradition while proving that great music has no age limit.
